Wellness & wine in the vines
4th September – 10am to 3pm
Escape for a day of wellness and indulgence in the heart of the South Downs. Start with an energising 45-minute Pilates session, followed by fresh juices and a protein snack. Immerse yourself in a 75-minute guided breathwork workshop before enjoying nourishing salads and a relaxed two-hour wine tasting experience. The day runs from 10am to 3pm on 4th September. Led by local experts Georgia (Fettle & Birch), Daisy (Breathe with Daisy), and Anita (You Juice). Transport from Brighton/Hove can be arranged.

Stargazing Experience
3rd September – 7.30pm
Begin your evening with a curated selection of our wines, served in a relaxed setting perfect for winding down and soaking in the beauty of the vineyard. As twilight settles, you’ll spend an hour or so being guided by a professional astronomer through the constellations and planets above the South Downs.

Harvest Celebration

Celebrate the end of harvest with a special Everflyht tour and tasting where we explore what happens next to our grapes once they have left the field and the decisions we make over the season to work out the best wines we can produce. Full portfolio Everflyht wine tasting, Sussex sharing style food platters and guided tour of the Vineyard. An exciting way to bring our season to a close for both guests and the team. Join is on 27th September 1.30 pm – 5 pm.

Seasonal Tour and Tasting Days For 2025

We are excited to announce our new tour & tasting dates for 2025 for guests to explore the Everflyht Estate during the various growing seasons of the vineyard. Each season offers a unique insight into the growth and development of the vineyard. We will be hosting five ticketed tour and tasting days this spring, summer and autumn. Sunset Tour & Tasting

New for 2025, come and enjoy a tour of the vineyard with a glass of Everflyht as the sun sets over the vines. Taste our growing family of wines in the tasting room accompanied with a selection of cheese and charcuterie. What better way to start your weekend.
The Collection
As MO1 and M02 Murmuration Members you are welcome to come along to the ’The Collection’ with up to 3 or 5 guests depending on your membership. You can pick up your wines whilst enjoying a glass of sparkling paired with a selection of canapés. Next collection date is 8th November 2025.
Private Tour and Tastings
Enjoy exclusive access to the Everflyht tasting room and vineyard for a private tour and tasting. With a minimum of 10 and maximum of 16, you can explore the Everflyht Estate with our Vineyard Manager and then settle into the tasting room to sample our sparkling wines along with a local produce platter. At £42 per person it’s the perfect way to relax with family and friends for a special occasion or simply to learn more about English wine.
Tours last for approximately 2-21/2 hours.
