Arm Knitting Workshop

Discover the joy of creating your very own throw or blanket with our fun & easy workshop. Using extreme chunky, vegan-friendly yarn, & your arms as needles, you’ll craft a beautiful blanket that’s perfect for beginners & seasoned knitters alike.
Of course as we are at the Everflyht Vineyard enjoy the delights of a glass of Everflyht wine & a mince pie included.
The Craft of Leatherwork Gift Workshop
November 22nd – 2pm – 5pm
Rachel from @monjoligoods is a local Ditchling maker. In this workshop, Rachel will introduce you to the craft of leatherwork. You will learn about the different types of leather, tools and hand sewing techniques.
Price includes all materials, a delicious glass of Everflyht sparkling wine, mince pies and wonderful company!

Festive Card & Gift Tag

Join artist and designer Ginny Baxter, assisted by Abigail Lock, for a joyful festive workshop where you’ll handcraft 10 cards and 10 gift tags, perfect for gifting or keeping! Work at your own pace with as much or as little guidance as you like, surrounded by plenty of inspiration and beautiful materials.
Festive Candle Making Workshop
November 30th 2pm – 4pm
Enjoy a 2 hour festive workshop making your very own Christmas candles using soy wax and a blend of festive fragrances.
Learn the ancient craft of candle making and create a stunning scented candle and frosted candle holder, what better way to start the season!
All materials and a glass of Sussex sparkling Everflyht included with festive snacks.

Christmas Wreath Making Workshop

Join us for a fun and creative workshop in The Tasting Room at Everflyht. Learn how to make a luxury moss-based Christmas wreath for your door. Local florist Bryony Mae Flowers will guide us.
Tea, coffee and mince pies will be provided and a delicious glass of Everflyht.

Stargazing Experience

Begin your evening with a curated selection of our wines, served in a relaxed setting perfect for winding down and soaking in the beauty of the vineyard. As twilight settles, you’ll spend an hour or so being guided by a professional astronomer through the constellations and planets above the South Downs.

Tour and Tasting Days For 2026
Everflyht tour and tastings are available every Saturday at 1.30 pm throughout the vineyard growing season from the 4th April.
The Collection
As MO1 and M02 Murmuration Members you are welcome to come along to the ’The Collection’ with up to 3 or 5 guests depending on your membership. You can pick up your wines whilst enjoying a glass of sparkling paired with a selection of canapés. Next collection date is 8th November 2025.
Private Tour and Tastings
Enjoy exclusive access to the Everflyht tasting room and vineyard for a private tour and tasting. With a minimum of 10 and maximum of 16, you can explore the Everflyht Estate with our Vineyard Manager and then settle into the tasting room to sample our sparkling wines along with a local produce platter. At £42 per person it’s the perfect way to relax with family and friends for a special occasion or simply to learn more about English wine.
Tours last for approximately 2-21/2 hours.

Wellness & wine in the vines
16th May 2026 – 10am to 3pm
Escape for a day of wellness and indulgence in the heart of the South Downs. Start with an energising 45-minute Pilates session, followed by fresh juices and a protein snack. Immerse yourself in a 75-minute guided breathwork workshop before enjoying nourishing salads and a relaxed two-hour wine tasting experience. The day runs from 10am to 3pm on 4th September. Led by local experts Georgia (Fettle & Birch), Daisy (Breathe with Daisy), and Anita (You Juice). Transport from Brighton/Hove can be arranged.
