2x Cuvée Edition 3
Everflyht Cuvée Edition 3 is a vibrant English sparkling wine crafted from our single estate vineyard in the South Downs. Farmed using regenerative practices, the vineyard promotes biodiversity and soil health—qualities reflected in the wine’s clarity and energy. Based on the 2021 harvest, with reserve wines from 2018, 2019, and 2020, this edition gains a layer of depth and complexity, broadening the story of the mid-palate and enhancing its textural richness.
2x Blanc de Noirs 2020
Everflyht Blanc de Noirs 2020 is a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunière; hand-picked from our single estate vineyard. The grapes are handcrafted in the winery to produce a wine that tells the story of not just the vintage but of the varietals as well.
This traditional method wine has been aged on the lees for 33 months. The wine has a delicate golden straw colour and is complex in style with a fruit forward profile of ripe strawberries giving way to complex buttery pastry notes with a lasting warm finish of spice.
2x Rosé de Saignée 2022
Discover what is fast becoming the Everflyht cult wine, our Rosé de Saignée 2022, a field to bottle wine with layers of sophistication and an opulent expression of our craft, available from the end of April 2025 in strictly limited allocations. This luxurious wine is a refined blend of 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Meunier, meticulously hand-harvested from our single-estate vineyard to capture the essence of one of the best vintages 2022 in English wine history.
Aged on the lees for 20 months, its luminous coral pink hue and flicks of delicate orange, both nose and palate have sumptuous layers of ripe cherry and sun-warmed red fruits, artfully intertwined with whispers of buttery patisserie. The profile culminates in a finish that is both sumptuous and enduring.
