Why not try our set of award-winning English Sparkling Wines
The first wine is the Everflyht Cuvee Edition 3 reflects the current estates planting which combines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier; Hand-picked from our single estate vineyard and created in a low intervention method while using steel new and old oak to bring the best from each variety and block. Fresh and generous complexity in style, this traditional method wine has been aged for a minimum of 20 months on the lees bringing a robust depth with a lasting elegance to the wine.
The second wine is our Beautiful Rose de Saignee 2019 which is a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier; hand-picked from our single estate vineyard. The wine reflects our idea of field to bottle where the grapes are picked together and handcrafted in the winery. This produces a wine that tells the story of not just the vintage but of the varities as well. This traditional method wine has been aged on the lees for 18 months. The wine has an intense pink colour and is bold with a fruit forward profile of ripe summer red fruit and strawberry shortcake. The Rose de Saignée 2019 is made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier.
Our third wine is the Everflyht Blanc de Noirs 2020 is a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunière; hand-picked from our single estate vineyard. The grapes are handcrafted in the winery to produce a wine that tells the story of not just the vintage but of the varietials as well. This traditional method wine has been aged on the lees for 33 months. The wine has a delicate golden straw colour and is complex in style with a fruit forward profile of ripe strawberries giving way to complex buttery pastry notes with a lasting warm finish of spice.
