Fresh and generous complexity in style, this traditional method wine has been aged for 20 months on the lees bringing a robust depth with a lasting elegance to the wine. The 2nd wine is our Beautiful Rosé De Saignée 2020 which is a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier; hand-picked from our single estate vineyard. The wine reflects our idea of field to bottle where the grapes are picked together and handcrafted in the winery.
